The Service of Remembrance for Miss Barbara A. Forward, age 61, of Inverness, Florida, will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, May 15, 2010 at the Inverness Chapel of Hooper Funeral Homes. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Apopka, Florida. The family will receive friends from 4-6:00 Pm Friday at the Chapel. Miss Forward was born January 21, 1949 in Orlando, FL, daughter of William and Ernestine (Muse) Forward. She died May 12, 2010 in Inverness, FL. She moved to Inverness from Forest City, FL in 1985.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Inverness.

Miss Forward was preceded in death by her father, William Allen Forward.
|
Survivors include her mother, Ernestine L. Forward, Inverness; 2 sisters: Patricia Schneider, Orlando, and Allene Richlie, Pleasant Hill, CA; a niece: Christy Lynn Hancock, Orlando; and a Great nephew: Hunter, Orlando. Arrangements are under the direction of the Inverness Chapel of Hooper Funeral Homes & Crematory.
