The Service of Remembrance for Mr. Phillip Terry Howard, age 63, of Inverness, Florida, will be held 6:00 PM, Thursday, July 1, 2010 at the Inverness Chapel of Hooper Funeral Homes. He was born September 20, 1946 in Boonville, NY, son of Phillip and Rose (Briggs) Howard. He died June 26, 2010 in Inverness, FL.

Mr. Howard was an Army veteran serving during Vietnam War. He worked as a construction superintendent and moved to Florida from New York in 1972.

Mr. Howard was a lifetime member of the American Legion Post#569, Oriskany Falls, NY.

Mr. Howard was preceded in death by his father, Phillip Howard. Survivors include 3 children: Phillip T. (Kristina) Howard Jr., Darlene Marie Hall, and Jill Diana Tuten, their mother, Deborah McEwen, his mother, Rose Howard, 2 brothers, Larry Howard, Barry Howard, Sister, Sheila Howard, 6 grandchildren, Bethany, Samantha, Ricky, Matthew, Drew, and Kailey, and best friend, Steve Misiaszek .
